Noam's day

Wednesday was Noam's day. Noam gets 100% of the credits somewhat like Nancie got ALL the credit for the GREAT meal we had Monday night...lol.
Seriously, we woke up to rain, rain and rain. But as Noam predicted, the sun came out just on time. We drove to Mersea Island which we can only get on and off during low tide which is really cool. We walked around town to see the nice and sometimes odd homes. We then were going to eat at a local restaurant with only fresh of the day seafood. It's a bring tour own bread and wine shack but the food was excellent. Then we walked around by the water front to eventually end up meeting a local man selling lamb. The funny thing was that he was walking around with this lamb that would follow him just like a dog. It made us laugh.
So we drove back passing by Essex University where Noam and Nancie gave is a little tour of part of the campus.
Then back to their lovely home to finish our luggage.
For dinner we had an excellent meal. A typical Jerusalem meal with BBQ marinated chicken, rice with lentils and a salad with beets and walnuts..... ALL delicious. I think I have to give credit to both Nancie and Noam for this one although it was Noam's day.
A great day, with even greater people. We had lots of fun with you guys. Too bad we are leaving at 4 am to fly to Copenhagen at 8am.
